- Oxfordshire County Council runs a 'Skills for Life' service for adults (over 16) who want help with reading, writing and everyday maths. It offers free, taught courses and workshops up to and including GCSE level. Dyslexic learners attending any accredited course receive one-to-one tuition, an assessment if required, advice and help with exam concessions.
